    Shoes on the CF

    Be fine in trail runners imo. I have used them and coped well and have also walked twice in normal runners. Not sure they would do as well in very wet but they always dried well as long as your footwear is comfortable, you should be ok with any choice

    not sure will investigate. From me it would be the South Downs Way to Winchester and the Downs link does cross the South Downs way nearer my end. Yes both Downs look wonderful in the frost St Swithuns way goes from Winchester to Farnham. Might have to look into that 1 more as it's not too far...
