Camino Taxi might be best for shipping your baggage. I had a rest day at Lugo and wished I had made one before then.
15 days for the Primitivo for a boomer was quite a struggle at times, even without a backpack.

You could start in Le Puy, France and go as far as you can in the amount of time you have. It's less crowded than the Francis, and you should reach the Spanish border within 3 weeks, if everything goes well.
