Walking in mid to end of October...anything open?

Hello, I want to walk from Porto to Santiago this October, I'm not sure how much will be via coastal/spiritual/inland as yet.

Do I risk having problems with Albergues being closed if my walk goes into November?

thanks for any help - I've only done the Frances up to now and did this in april this year.
