Hi any Spanish locals,

I have a parcel to send ahead of myself whilst in Spain. i have researched on the Correos website but cant find the right information.

Question - can you post medications and liquids in the mail within Spain (NOT international)?

Before you suggest, i cant use a luggage carrier service as the routes im doing dont offer the service.

thank you!!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
What route will you be doing? and will you need this medication to be with at the end of each day?

im doing several routes and i will take what medication i need with me for each leg until i arrive at a package. otherwise ill carry the whole lot. just trying to ascertain spainish postal rules/laws.

I am not an expert, but unless you are sending narcotics I don't see why prescribed meds and liquids would be a problem. As long as they don't leak. Correos works pretty well and you can even mail stuff to yourself for pickup at their office.

thanks. trying to find info as a non-Spanish speaker is difficult :)

No prescription medications (against the law). Liquids shouldn't be a problem as long as they are packaged properly and don't leak.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

thank you Molly!

any issue with vitamins or just don't bother trying?

And remember that what counts as a prescription there is different in your home country! The main problem with this is that the post office hours may not mesh with when you arrive/leave a city. Having to wait around for one to open could throw off your entire schedule, especially if it’s a holiday

Vitamins are fine. If you look up online pharmacies in Spain, you can see what they sell over the internet. Any of that stuff is fine. If it's not available to order for delivery in Spain it's probably not permitted.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Yes, many post offices only open Monday to Friday and only in the morning.
