The Dutch Jacobsgenootschap has two working groups for (potential) hospitalero's - one specifically for Roncesvalles and the other one for all other options. Not sure if you know them (and if you are certificated by the genootschap) but this link gives all relevant contacts and possibilities.

Who did you train with? Usually, an organisation that trains hospitaleros, e.g. Hosvol, will also assign volunteers to albergues that need them.
