      I just checked out photos of the Viana correos office. They depict a rather full selection of boxes and other required shipping material. You should be fine there. That said, their hours indicate a daily closure of 2:30 PM.

      Though I have no knowledge specifically for the Viana Correos, I have shipped things home from Santiago post office. And yes they did have boxes and tape. Hope you are likewise lucky at the Correos in Viana.
