I know sports are not to be discussed on the forum (this also being FC Liverpool anthem) but this is the music. For me this version is the best:

And yes, you definitely won't walk alone!!!

I have listened to very little music while walking the camino, but one day I did and this one came up in my music shuffle. I'd just discovered the wonderful Mexican singer Julieta Venegas and had loaded some of her songs onto my iPod. Didn't know this one well. When the line "hay tantos caminos por andar" came up, it got my attention! "There are so many caminos to walk!" (Of course, that's just one way to translate it.) The song is "Andar Conmigo" (Walk with Me) and you can look up the Spanish lyrics. Here is the English translation (or at least one way to translate it):
There's so much I want to tell you.
There's so much I want to know about you.
We can start little by little.
Tell me, what brings you here.
Do not be afraid to tell me the truth.
That can never be so bad.
I also have secrets to give you.
And that you know that they do not serve me anymore.
There are so many caminos to walk.
Tell me if you'd like to walk with me.
Tell me if you would like to walk with me.
Tell me if you'd like to walk with me.
Tell me if you would like walk with me.
I'm anxious to release everything.
From the beginning until today.
A story I have in me to deliver.
A story still without end.
We could tell each other anything.
Even give ourselves forever not always.
But now face to face, sitting here.
Let's celebrate that life has crossed us.
There are so many caminos to walk.
...

I am old enough to remember when Gerry and the Pacemakers released that song, which later was adopted as the football team anthem. One of my favourites is by an irish singer with the voice of an angel: Yann Derrien, sung by Eimear Quinn, accompanied by Carlos Nunez. It is easy to find, so I won’t break my head trying to include the reference. Then there are others, including an entire cd by The Chieftains (Santiago) and then Dum Pater Familias. Stop! Enough! While actually on the Caminos I have walked, I didn’t listen to music at all. These were pieces I selected for the times I was on hospitalera duty.
