Problem downloading on Buen Camino App

Hi

Not sure if anyone here can help but.....

I tried downloading the info for the Portuguese Central route from the Buen Camino app
I got an error saying I hadn't paid
So I gave 5€ which I considered a fair price for one route but I still can't download anything ("not enough payment information" is the error msg I'm getting)

I have also mailed the app owner but I haven't received a reply

I'm on the Camino at the moment so I could really use it now.

Anybody else here have similar issues?

Is a Google account needed? Did you pay when you installed the app? I remember paying when I first downloaded the app (I think), but haven't had to pay anything since.
Also, under the General tab on the app's menu, there are contact details, if you haven't found them.

It should be linked to my Google account as thats what I use for Play store n PayPal

And yes I found their contact details n emailed them but still waiting on a response

I have never paid either. Sent a contribution that my friend and I chipped in on but it was on his phone. But I have never been required to donate. I have downloaded many of the caminos on the app just to check out some of the far less traveled caminos.
