Wise Pilgrim app map problem

Hi All- I'm sure it's something that is totally transparent to everyone except me - but - I am having trouble using the maps for the CF on the Wise Pilgrim app.

OK- so on my Android phone I go to the WP app page that says "About Offline Maps" (Download map tiles) and I click on download. I wait (and wait) for the files to download and do not navigate away from the page, waiting for the page to say "done"
Alright it says "done" and files unpacked to phone. WP app says, It is then safe to switch back over to the maps page and viola!"

So I click on the icon that is a circle with arrows inside the circle and I get my current location on the map. Ummmm .... I want to view a map of the camino. Where is the map?

Thanks!!!!

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
You get your location because that symbol is what you press when you want to see where you are.

The workaround is to tap on any town listed in the app, then click the map app at the top of the screen.

You will then be at that location.

You can then zoom in and out, but don't tap the compass icon, or you will end up right back at home.😉
