Just a shout out to all the wonderful people currently out on the trail. This is not easy and you are out here doing it with grace, humor, and compassion! Currently dealing with lots of rain and falling temps! Buen Camino friends!

Layer, then add add more layers. Prioritize keeping your head and hands covered, and your feet dry and warm.

Your poncho makes an effective wind break as well - adding to your warmth while walking - even if it is not raining.

My husband always says 'A bad day on the bike (bicycle in this instance) is better than a good day at work. I agree, and kept telling myself when things got tough on my 2022 CF pilgramage that this beats working
