Hi all! I’ll be in San Sebastián tomorrow to start my first Camino and I have some annoying pain( for the last few days but I thought it would go away with some stretching) in my leg running down to my foot. Does anyone know of some miracle worker in San Sebastián??🙏🏼
Thank you!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
If it were the result of an arrow-wound I suppose the answer would be obvious.

Looking at Google maps it looks like you would be hard pressed to throw a rock in San Seb without hitting a physiotherapist. If you want a ‘same day’ appointment I’d suggest you start with the best-reviewed and keep going until you find a vacancy.

Buen camino.

If you happen to need a miracle worker when you get to Bilbao, Alberto at Kinesana was amazing. I struggled to there with pain shooting down one leg. He corrected my hips being out of alignment and I continued from there without pain and new energy.

Thank you! I was hoping to power through till I got there and take a few days rest. I’ll definitely look Alberto up!

The public transport to Bilbao is easy from most towns on the Camino, the first days are tough so it might be worth considering a rest day earlier with a trip to get worked on. My 2 previous Camino’s were pain free, I was shocked by how pain swamped the pleasure this time of the scenery and the company. And struggling to sleep because of pain. Wishing you a wonderful journey!

That may be a very bad plan. If you are experiencing pain now, before you even commence Camino, then you need to address the issue now. You risk doing serious damage on those first days out of San Seb. Possibly the most challenging stretch of the entire Norte

Sounds like a better plan:-/

I'm planning on the Camino del Norte in June. Will I see many pilgrims? Is the Camino well marked? Thank you in advance.
Dear All, After my great experience last year between Bilbao and Santander, I am planning to walk 5 days from Santander to Ribadesella. I will not do Santander Santillana del mar full. So either...
So I do other treks in the USA that require permits. Well, sometimes they require "lotteries" to actually get a "permitted" start date. Once you hike there you know the permit system is just meant...
