I’m leaving in a week and the weather through the Meseta looks pretty cool at night 45 to 50°F. Is that too cold for a sleeping bag liner?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-

For me it is. When staying in albergues I always bring my lightweight sleeping bag. I can always unzip a portion if I am too warm, but I have rarely happened in April/May, but I don't have much extra meat on my bones.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.

For me too and I always bring a sleeping bag if staying in an albergue, even in Summer. It really depends on personal preferences…. I have been really cold in O Cebreiro for instance and even used my sleeping bag inside a bed 😳😁 Oh and on the way to Finisterre too. Some people are just fine with a liner.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
I have completed CF and Le Puy camino with the liner only and worn fleece vest, long sleeved top and leggings to bed. Last October I completed the CF with two weeks of temperatures over 30. My cheap, lightweight 600 gm Decathlon sleeping bag was perfect. I took the liner as well. I used albergue blankets when available after the weather turned to rain. I would take my sleeping bag in summer if I did another camino.

One spot left (female, shared room) on the Catalina Island hike. Sign up by Sept 17
I would find it too cold but I sleep with a blanket when night time temperature is below 75F when at home.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
