How to follow a contributor.

This is a technical question. What are the steps to select and follow a contributor in this forum? Thanks.

You could possibly end up with a lot of alerts !!!
I haven’t noticed that experience with the few that I follow.
To see the alerts of posts by those I do follow; I have to open my ‘icon/ account ‘ on the top blue band —. Then I select ‘Newsfeed’. That’s where I see whether any of those have posted or reacted to a thread/post.

Maybe I have something switched off ? - but I’d prefer to keep it like it is for me. I have a look if I’m interested.

If you want to see the content from the people you follow, you can go here (see above). "Following" will give you a list of this content..

I don't think this feature is much used, but it is there.

Continuing where Ivar left off: When you click Following you get a list of the members you are following. Then click on the member to get a pop-up and then click on Latest Activity or Postings to see the likes or words of wisdom.

Stalk him/her very carefully so they are not aware of your presence. Chuck

I thought it was possible to have notifications to your email when these persons write posts. Is this possible? Thanks again.

If so you should be careful who you follow.

I looked into this some more. If you click your avatar you get a pop-up (on a smartphone, maybe done a bit differently on a PC) that will have a "News Feed" item that you can click. The forum software fills this news feed with posts (and maybe "likes") of the members you follow.
