Just looking at my credential del Peregrino and I see you have to register. Can I register anytime before I walk or wait until the first day of walk? I'm assuming I just use the QR code to register!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
That registration is for when you arrive in Santiago. If you are intending to get a compostella, you can use that QR code for the registration system at the Pilgrim Office there. You can also wait until you get closer or even in Santiago or you can wait until you are standing at the Pilgrim Office door to register.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
