Next year, it seems that the Catholic world will celebrate a recurring 25 year jubilee:
Rome is spending 5 billion € (!) in city improvements, renovation, crowd handling facilities, ticket stands, etc. F.ex: The Fontana di Trevi, normally just a place you walk by, and look, will next year require a ticket cost, and time schedule in order to visit. I will suspect that many other attractions in Rome will also be in "pay-mode" next year...
I know that the next Holy year in Santiago is in 2027, but: I wonder, will this nevertheless affect how many people will come to the various Spanish Caminos? And what will eventually be the consequences?
