Hi there @janewang Im glad to get to know how many of us in this forum will be walking during low season.
I have build a similar thread than this one for the nov/dec/jan departures, but Im not sure why this thread wouldnt show up in the "new posts" lists for the forum. Maybe one of the moderators could help me out on that... Seems like I created a thread that was immediately "lost" in the middle of other many old threads.
Anyway, I just want to have a glimpse of the number of forum members that will be on the camino.

My name is Peter. I will be arriving by plane in Madrid on September 28(8am) and will travel to Pamploma. If the weather is bad, I will start from Pamploma on September 29. If it is sunny, I will travel to St.Jean to begin my first camino. I will be traversing by folding bike.

I'll be starting on 14 October at St Jean, and walking the Camino Frances as far as Pamplona. I'll then hop a bus to San Sebastian to meet author/photographer Brett Payne and walk with him on the Camino del Norte to Santiago. Looking forward to connecting with pilgrims.

Depends on how early you are arriving. I arrive on the 13th midday and staying in the fine Belleri, a repeat of my 2013 booking. They have a communal meal and breakfast -imo essential for the first and generally most challenging day/climb of. A travelling friend that day could not get in there or the municipal so had to go searching --with eventual success. I plan to walk to roncellville on the 14th.
