    Hi, I’m walking the coastal route from Porto to Santiago in mid September. My travelling companion arrives late in the afternoon and we plan to start walking first thing the next day. Can I buy a passport for her without her being present? If so, where?

    Why 100km for compostela

    I belive to get the compostela one needs to have walked the last 100km and got two stamps per day. When was this rule introduced and was it controversial? Also, if someone has walked from St Jean or Puy or Paris, would they be refused a compostela if they only had one stamp on one of the last days?
