  Can you switch out your footwear for sandals? If you don't have walking sandals (and can't borrow them), consider taking public transport to Decathlon in Vigo for walking sandals (and socks). Good luck!

  I have been walking in a knee-length skirt, with a long skirt for town in the evening or changing at the beach. I also have a pair of pants for cold days, rain, bugs or grass. I would pick a skirt over a dress because the shirts are interchangeable.

  I did the "aqueduct" route out of Vila do Conde in June 2023. I downloaded the gpx coordinates from the Dutch camino website and followed the route in the OSMand app. Compared to other days walking on roads, I didn't find the route especially bad...
