Camino de Santiago (2019)
I have purchased a credential but it is blank - that is, it is numbered. Will I be able to get it numbered at Bayonne Cathedral which is where I plan to start? Thanks

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

What do you mean by numbered?
I have always received blank credentials that I order from Ivar. I fill in my own name, address, etc

Thanks - that’s fine then - just my friend has a different style with a number and there is a section on mine below Name which looks like it was for a number... anyway - thanks for the reassurance

One more question - what happens if you run out of space for sellos - we are taking it slowly!

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
You get another "credential" and carry on till the end of the road. Many Albergues, Tourist Offices and Cathedrals can provide a second credencial or you can just use a sheet of blank paper & tape or staple it in.
Many thanks

Attached is a foldable page I designed in Microsoft Word. It is saved as a .pdf page.

I intended that the page be trimmed at the bottom to fit a credencial.

It works best if you print it double-sided, trim it to fit vertically, then ‘Z’ fold it into your credencial.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Dave.

Hope it works. It does for me. I use a paper trimmer to tailor the length to suit the credencial I am using.

Also, I carry a spare blank ‘Z’ page with me. I can always find some clear tape to fix the page to my credencial as needed.

Holoholo automatically captures your footpaths, places, photos, and journals.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Also, if you think you'll need more pages, just buy a couple of extra credencials and glue them front to back (you may have to cut off one page or so to make it match up). That way you just have one big credencial that can be unfolded as a unit. Worked fine for my last two month+ long Caminos.

Wow . Where did you start?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thank You for your thank you. Yes, it's me stamping at SJPP. Only a drop on the Camino ocean. Lots of people don't realize what's going on at the "back-office" of the Camino, the volunteers who make it all possible in all the places you mentioned. The Pilgrim's Office in SJPP runs only on volunteers 365 days a year. Almost 200 volunteers from all over the world make it possible.
