Hi fellow camino friends,
I'm travelling from Dublin on Sunday 17/09/2023 with aer lingus to Santiago Airport expected arrival 4.15pm, travelling to Sarria, I'm checking around and there only seems to be 1 bus going to Sarria departing Santiago Airport at 11.15am in morning, what other options do I have.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.

You can travel Santiago to Ourense then onto Sarria lots of trains from Ourense.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

You can also travel SdC to Lugo and change in Lugo for a local bus to Sarria. Lots of options. Just takes time to search them down. Remember timetables are seldom published more than 3 months out.
Have another look in August
Great thank you both for the quick reply.

Another resource that might help you find ways to get from Santiago de Compostela to Sarría is <Rome to Rio>.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
To explain" My Final Camino Journey" which I'd posted some days ago,
As it did not suit my way of life to start and finish the Camino in one journey, back in May 2018 I started the Camino Frances and every year excluding 2020 and early 2021( back Oct, 21) I have taken time away from home to walk my Camino my way, I've met wonderful people from all over the world (I've always envied all those walkers who can start and finish in a matter of weeks) so going forward this September I hope to finish my Camino de Santiago.
