never cared for tapas on account I love a sit-down meal with the first, second and all the rest. Then a nice cafe con leche and off for a nice walk.

I have been there every time I have gotten to Santiago, that's at l least 8 times. The only rival is a place or two in San Sebastian.

Taberna do Bispo, in Rua do Franco, Straight off the cathedral plaza. A fantastic place; best tapas ever.
