Starting invierno today! Where to get blank credentials

Hello! I'm setting off shortly from Ponferrada on the Invierno and I need to go ahead and grab my credentials sheet and my first stamp of the camino. So excited. I went over to the tourist office this morning and was informed they do not have the credentials, or I guess passport .... as I've also heard it called. She did have a stamp ready to stamp it though! . I'm hanging out in front of the parochial office but they don't open for a while. Is it a sure bet that I can get this here?

It does say on the link that they have credencials.

Hopefully someone will arrive shortly with a more helpful suggestion.

Yes, @Robo is right. The albergue, which is a few hundred meters from where the Invierno splits off from the Francés, is where to go!
