If you have to or want to stay in Albergues on heavily traversed Camino's (CF,CP AND CN) snoring will be an issue. Another issue is open or closed windows? Early risers making noise putting gear together?

It will be very hot in July. I walked this route in June/July 2023 and it was in the mid 30's every day. It is a beautiful route but I would recommend late Spring versus Summer.

You could walk the Vasco. Starts in Irun and connects to the Frances in either Burgos or Santa Domingo de Calzada.
24 beds should be more than enough. I walked in late April and never saw more than 5 in any location.
In Fuenterroble make sure you shower in the main building. The solar showers are very cold.
