I am very intrigued by this sculpture on the way out of Negreira. Does anyone have any information about it?

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).

Sculpture by Fernando García Branco, 1997. Amazing how many emotions sculptor has been able to portray using stone and bronze. For me, as an emigrant myself, unforgettably poignant.
..on a different note, right opposite (hidden inside cafe) a wonderful bakery, best, freshly baked bread on Camino! Don' t miss maize bread cut to order!

Extremely poignant.
We walked that way in 2016 I dont remember seeing the sculpture then. We saw it this year in the Spring .
