I probably won’t do this again

We laugh now.
One night in the huge Burgos muni, a drunk 20-something peregrina woke me up to argue with me because she thought I was sleeping in her bunk. I wasn't laughing.
😡😤🤬

Snoring is not a choice.
Getting drunk is.
I lost any compassion I might have potentially had for her embarrassment PDQ.

I so sympathize with everyone here. Fortunately, I have the means to book private. And, for those who are thinking it, no I do not consider myself a "tourist". I walk everyday with my pack and experience the same challenges as everyone else. I just prefer to book private sleeping arrangements so that I don't have to complain about the snorers and farters. I am old and need my rest. LOL
