Hello....I am looking to do the Camino in 2019 or 2020. Is there anyone from Connecticut that would like to meet up?

REI in West Hartford, Ct has offered free seminars on walking the Camino. We were inspired and will start this September 27, 2018.
Youtube has many videos from Pilgrims.

We arrived in Santiago del Compostela 10/5/18. We didn't want to go home. We kept our daily mileage to about 12 miles. We underestimated our ability. We trained in local forests and on treadmills. My only problem where the long steep downhills because on a treadmill you can simulate going up hill but not downhill. Rubber tipped trading poles were a big help.
Would be happy to meet with you and share our experience and what we will do differently.
