I looked at the Mundi site and got a list of potential stages but would like to hear from anyone who knows the route or parts there of

Yes, KinkyOne is on the route right now. In addition to the useful links on the thread linked by NualaOC, you could take a look at www.csj.org.uk where they have an English language guide (and updates to the guide) for the Camino Vasco del Interior that covers both the branch to Santo Domingo de la Calzada and the branch to Burgos but just out of Irún. The Camino Vasco del Interior runs from Irún to Santo Domingo de la Calzada and shares with the Vía de Bayona (that runs from Bayonne to Burgos) the route between Irún and Estavillo (i.e.: most of the route) being the route from Estavillo to Burgos considered by some people a branch of the Camino Vasco del Interior.

P.S.: You posted the thread on the Camino Baztán fórum but your question isn't about that camino (that runs from Bayonne to Pamplona) but about the Vía de Bayona. I don't know if you could change it by yourself or if we need to ask a mod to make it but it would be a good idea to put the thread on the right fórum (as there isn't one for the Vía de Bayona, I think the one for the Camino Vasco del Interior would be the one to use) to increase visibility and chances of getting useful info.
