Not on Camino, but in Gran Canaria at the moment. Unfortunately, my mother had a need for loperamide, so after a visit to the local farmacía, I can tell you they call it ‘loperamide’ in Spanish too

If you mean trail maintenance, provision of facilities (water, toilets) - perhaps, in some areas, but that’s not what is under discussion.

I can set my phone to be do not disturb except calls from certain numbers. That could work.
For example: my parents. Mom is always calling in the middle of the night because she does not remember the time zone difference.
There seems to be a lot of support for it and at some point if the pilgrim numbers continue to rise, there may be a point that affordable accommodation options will develop. I'm really hoping so.
