Which SIM crd for Switzerland and Italy?

Getting down to the details...and thinking about our first week in Switzerland and then on to Italy. Besides the obvious, just use wifi...if we do get a SIM card, what is your best advice on which to buy to cover both countries? Or shoukd we just get a mini one in Suisse and then an EU one once in Italy?

There are a couple of phone stores in Aosta. I bought a TIM sim card which seemed to have good coverage although the packages were a bit confusing and costed individually ie calls plus data, calls plus data and an additional charge to send texts etc. Maybe that has changed since 2018. Enjoy
