Vegetarian and Vegan Camino

We , my daughter and I are vegan. We walked the Camino, sure it’s hard to find vegan food. We relaxed our beliefs and embraced vegetarian. As a vegan I hope one day to see more vegan options everywhere. But also understand that I can not push my beliefs on others with a heavy handed approach. I suggest that if you cannot embrace and go gently into another couture then do not leave your safe haven. Remember the Camino is a journey that is the growth in you. Instead we carried cat food and fed stray starving animals. In the last 100k you will be walking past factory farming pigs that is upsetting. Why not just leave these cards at home.
