Anyone else starting from.Seville 10th April 2020? ,good friday. Wondering if hostels / cafes etc will be open over easter? Could I be stranded in Guillena/ Castiblanco without a bed? Can't seem to prebook anything for these 2/places ,any help appreciated:-)

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

The Albergue in Castiblanco is large, exclusive to Peregrino's and does not take reservations. I do not think there will be a problem getting a bed here.

Guillena - The sportscenter does not take reservations. It is also not exclusive to Peregrino's. Albergue Luz is a private Albergue, not exclusive to Peregrino's, and does take reservations. They have 3 numbers you can call and a website. This information can all be found on www.gronze.com

Many thanks for that, much appreciated. Barry. I'll check out that link.

Hi Barry
Not directly related to your post, however there is a thread in the VDLP specific forum where folk planning on walking the route this year can add their start date ... May be helpful knowing if any forum members are around you on the walk ..

I emailed hostal frances in guillena via their website to make a reservation, maybe you could try that.

Alot could be closed because it is so rural and it is Semana Santa. I would tell you to stock up on food whenever you can. Better to be safe than sorry.
