Ivar's list of albergues in the Resources was updated in 2017. Does anyone have a more current list?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

The Spanish Gronze Camino Frances on line guide lists all accomodations for each town on the camino in an east to west sequence. It appears to be constantly updated. A Chrome browser can easily translate the citations.

Somewhere in storage I have a CSJ guide from 1991. That might need updating too.
So might my copy of The Way to Santiago from the Secretaria de Estado de Turismo, dated 1977. I was given that by the tourist office before my first Camino. I think it was out of date then, too.

Ivar does not maintain or update a list, although he might post a list provided by someone else. Mostly, the Resources are posted by members themselves, so you need to be aware of that.

The description/comments about that 2017 "All Albergues" list explain who created it and updated it. Since that time, many more reliable sources of albergue information have been developed. The posts above give some suggestions.

Prepare for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island, Oct 27 to Nov 2
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
I registered as a 'Pilgrim' in SJPP at some sort of Camino info office and was given a list of all the Hostels/Albergues on the CF route & a Clam shell to hang on my back pack to signify I was enroute.. This was 15 years ago. I'm hoping I can find that official CF registration office again when I return this August. They even found a place for me to sleep that first night, as I arrived via train from Paris & it was in the evening. So gracious & accommodating ❤

Does anyone know when the next edition of the Codex Calixtinus is coming out?
Mine is the 1993 edition, edited by Melczer. I don't know if anyone is working on a newer one.

Edited to add: I see Paul has a more recent (and possibly more complete) edition and has provided a more up-to-date answer.

Here is a pic from 2016, I love the simplicity of the sketch map and directions "1 km climb up, 5km flat, 5km down". I wonder how the prices are now?
