I bet there aren't direct trains, you will probably have to go to Oviedo or Gijon and change, but buses are every couple of hours and take between 5-6 hours. Departures at 7, 9, 11 in the morning and 13, 15, 17, and 22 hours in the afternoon/evening.
People like falcon can somehow paste the schedule into a post, but I am not savvy enough to do that. But if you go to www.movelia.es and plug in the two cities, you'll see about 7 buses a day. Hope this helps, buen camino, Laurie
