The Peak and Hope pilgrimage in the Peak District UK

I found this leaflet in Alstonefield church today,
From Ilam to Eyam a village which has a sense of being a holy place because of the sacrifice of its people in 1665 when they refused to flee in the face of the plague that arrived from London

It can be combined with The Hope pilgrimage from Edale in the north of the park to Eyam

Yesterday we saw the yellow arrow in Dovedale

It's a great walk especially if you make one of the overnight stops in Bakewell and visit the Thornbridge brewery!
