A wise friend reminded me very recently: Don't believe everything you read in the papers'..

Would I listen, am I a fool? I hope not.. yesterday morning I had a good belly full of breakfast, checked the forecast, donned my magic cape and stuck to the quiet N134 rather than lose my way in a drift. Up and over the pass.. yes it was icy cold and the snowflakes swirled around me, but it was glorious and exhilarating, and I survived too..
