I have a silk liner. It is very lightweight and packable, and dries very quickly.I see that people are recommending liners instead of carrying a sleeping bag. The liners come in cotten and polyester. Can anyone make a recommendation as to which is preferable. Thanks
What will you use for a bottom sheet?Anyone just taken a 'top sheet'? I have a cotton length of cloth which could be both sarong and top sheet, as I hear on the Via Podiensis in France the gites all have bottom sheet and blankets. It would weigh less than my sleeping bag, indeed.
I believe that a bottom sheet is provided. Can anyone tell me from their experience (on the Le Puy rute) if this is true? What will you use for a bottom sheet?
