Hi everyone,
I've searched the forum and am hoping to start a new thread concerning those of us with Celiac Disease who need to stick to a strict gluten free diet. I speak decent enough Spanish and am not too worried about communicating my needs, but would love to hear any recent advice/tips from members - most of what I read were all a couple of years out of date. I will personally be walking the Portuguese, but general advice is welcomed and appreciated!
Gracias!

Spain was good for gluten free, but Portugal isn’t that good. You need to take care of your diet yourself. I used to bring my own food or Cook my own food.

First time I went to Portugal in 2008, I was wheat allergic (since then I grew out of it) and I found good options on the frozen aisle of the markets and cooking my own meals.
