Thank you for your help, buen camino!Welcome, Connor! Definitely bring a sleeping bag, but the question is...how heavy? I used an 'indoor weight' bag, good for a low of 15C, last September and October and it was fine. Not sure if that is sufficient in November and December. If the heat is on, it would be just right.
Probably cold and wet. The forecast did not sound good. When we walked one year in May it snowed but we were nice and warm as wore a high neck fleece, hat and gloves. On the way we bought umbrellas and they were fantastic. Kept rain and snow off of us. Also you might like to look at Kerrygolds post yest or tie. re heating and hot water in albergues if you are staying in them. Best wishes AnnetteHey everyone, how are the conditions in Galicia right now, is it cold enough to bring a sleeping bag? Is it raining alot? Thanks for the help, buen camino
@Connor it is heading into winter. Serious cold could hit any day. Be prepared. Albergues may not be open and if they are they may not be heated. Make sure you have good clothing, including waterproof gloves.
