ruta del Azahar, ruta del sureste

Who can tell me more about the Ruta del Azahar. From Cartagena -Espana- where it joins in Albacete with the Camino Sureste. This ruta del Sureste starts in Alicante. On the website from the Spanish Santiago Association there is a iterinario of these Camino Sureste , but not of the Ruta dela Azahar, though it is mentioned. Would be very nice if you can help me.
