I was always happy with a "hot" 3 course pilgrim meal or a menu del dia for approx €12 along the camino to nourish my tired body. I was additionally happy not to be the one cooking it.Many Pilgrims do have a limited budget........
But good food is not something this chubby Pilgrim will skimp on
That said, I occasionally indulged in better fare, but usually waited until I was in a city.
