Hi all,

I know a lot of you are interested in pilgrim statistics, so here is a link to the statistics for march 2012.

The short version is:

The number of pilgrims in the past Holy Year, 2010, during the same period was 5.882.

Of those pilgrims,
1.252 (38,44%) were women and 2.005 (61,56%) men.
2.925 (89,81%) pilgrims arrived on foot, 325 (9,98%) by bicicle, 7 (0,21%) on horseback, and 0 (0,00%) pilgrims on wheel-chair.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

The historical monthly information on the English version of the statistics page is now working. It can be found at http://peregrinossantiago.es/eng/pilgri ... tatistics/

Unfortunately Pieces, there seems to be an anomaly with May 2011 stats (only showing a total of 1 pilgrim arriving) but using the subsequent stats of men/women and method of arrival, there were 19,833 pilgrims for the month.

Note that there is still an issue at the moment in showing historical totals for the whole year ("Todos" Option).

Yes - we are having serious problems with the web access to the database. Sorry about that. If people have questions and can't get an answer ( or a sensible answer :)) please e mail me.
