I am in real need of some warmer clothes and expect to be in Portomarin tomorrow afternoon. Any recommendations or ideas of where one might find quick drying long sleeved shirts?

I just looked on google for you. Desportes Yanez says on their website "Find everything you need to do your camino" It appears to be right in front of the church.

yes there is, near the church. Portomarín is a small town, and almost everyting you might need is near rhe church square and the street leading in or out of town.
