Hi everyone. I'm flying from Toronto to Paris in three weeks, and plan to start the Camino in St. Jean a few days later. Any ideas on the best way to get from Paris to St. Jean? I assume it will involve a taxi at some point, but what might be the nearest train station?

Buen camino.
We need some help with trains.
Landing on CDG 18august at 11.55 am. We would love to get to St. Jean the same day in the evening. I know, there is few options allowing that, but train changes are a bit tight- that's why I need some advice.
The best option we have found so far is 13.37 train to Bayonne (13.37- 19.48) then change to 19.58 to St. Jean. Help me!

I don't think, that a bus ticket to st.Jean is online bookable- is it?

I have just received a message from Tim (http://www.errecaldia.com) and he's saying that 21.06 from Bayonne is a TRAIN. I guess, we will have to wait till tomorrow evening to be absolutelly sure)
I will try to ask about it on the train from Paris (just hope that someone will speak english).
And we are so excited and happy for that journey. We are both packed under 10kgs (incl.1ltr of water), so it's all good. I will let you know when we get there.
Buen camino to us and hasta luego to you guys))

Buen Camino Kuba.
Yes, there is a train at the same time as the bus.
Take it easy the first few days. Tread softly, drink it all in, be kind to all you meet.
Abrazos,

so: the last train from Bayonne is 19h58 to SJPP 21h11. That means 10 minutes for the Bayonne

Hello!
I’ve been browsing the forum and there’s plenty of info for baggage transfers from stage to stage, where you pick it up daily, give it back and move on, however what I’m after is a service...
