Pack transport from Santiago

I will be in a hotel in Santiago before walking to Muxia and Finisterre. The hotel has agreed to store my suitcase (after visiting family in the UK). Is there somewhere I may be able to have my backpack transported from on day one to my pre-booked Albergue in Negreira?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

My issue is that the hotel doesn’t have reception, entry is via a code which I couldn’t/shouldn’t give to a transport company. I was hoping that I could drop it off at a private Albergue for pick up. Any advice? The hotel is very close to the cathedral ( Airas Nunas)

In that case, ask the transport provider where you can leave it for pick up.

From what I can see, both Correos and Jacotrans (at least) list Airas Nunes as a pickup location on their online booking system. Usually with a door code setup the transport providers have an arrangement with the hotel, they'll have their own code they can use. You shouldn't have a problem there, unless the hotel has told you that their policy has very recently changed. Just book through one of the transport companies, select Airas Nunes as the pickup location and wherever you are staying next as the destination.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.

Thanks so much for this information. I had no idea that the companies had lists of pick up and drop off places nor that it can be arranged online.
