Hi Guys
This is just for info really; but if mods want to they can delete!

For this May's Camino i have gone back to my Talon 33 (so much less stuff this time; in fact everything is in the top brain apart from spare clothes and electronics)
This post is about their Almighty Guarantee i brought the pack back in May 2021!

Well yesterday the right hand up/down sternum strap (the short length) adjuster just came of its runner (cracked) did a replacement search no luck.

So this morning at 7.45am i signed up to Osprey website filled in a form and added two photos!
When i got home i had an email from them at 11.29 am saying my part had been shipped and would be with me in 2 to 3 days!
That is defo great service!!
Woody
Update!
This morning Sat 27th the part arrived; not just the part that broke but a whole new sternum strap:)

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Such good news! I have a new email story going with them about my daily backpack, and while I have some things to do before resolving the issues, I can echo the appreciation of their commitment to their guarantee.

That's great, I used a Talon 33 last May and using again in May this year.

My last Camino I used a 48L Kestrel, in April I intend on using an older Talon 33, that I am sending into Osprey as the load straps no longer stay in place. I am curious if any of you with this pack had issues keeping a rain cover on the older non attached lid? If you did what did you use to keep it in place?
Thanks

I got some holes in a ultraightweight Osprey stuff sack ( really a small daypack) which they requested that I send to them, but a few weeks later they just sent me a brand new one.

I actually wouldn't recommend one of these Osprey ultra lightweight stuff sacks. They cost over US$40 and the second one they sent me also has holes in it now after only a year. The last time I was in Spain I noticed that at Decathlon you could buy similar packs for about €10. I suppose Osprey would replace the second one, but it doesn't seem worth all the trouble.

But Osprey really stands by their guarantee.
