You captured this unique time on the camino perfectly. An important compilation which is now historical.. so many memories.

I tried searching this book on Amazon.ca under the Spanish title, exactly as you gave it. This is what I found:

My Camino 2020 pilgrim's diary: My Camino de Santiago: Travel diary and diary for pilgrims on the way of St. Jakub - Notebook and souvenir from the trek of amazing Christian adventure, tourist pilgrimage route. Paperback – June 21 2020

There were no other choices and no content shown, except for lines drawn on a page, apparently a blank book in which this year's pilgrims can record their pilgrim diary.

Edit: I found the book on Amazon,ca later, by reversing the web site's correction back to Mi Camino.
