Mont St. Michel - walking from Paris?

Hi, I just started learning about Mont St. Michel. And it seems there is a pilgrim's route from Paris to Mont St. Michel, but I have not found anything definitive about this trail. Has anyone tried to walk this? If you could provide any details that would be appreciated. Thank you, Mike

Walked across Normandy to MSM - SPECTACULAR!!! The association’s guidebooks are excellent, though in French so if you don’t speak the language. It would be a very long haul from Paris with little in the way of pilgrim support, but there are plenty of accommodations and restaurants along the way to
make it possible - just don't expect a Camino Frances type of support or experience.
