We arrive in Barajas on May 31 @ 9:00 in the morning. Till today I thought we had three options:
fly to Leon at 13:20 arriving at 14:20 Lagunair @120euros
Train at 11:30 from Chamartin arriving Leon 15:58 Renfe @55euros
Bus at 11:30 from Estacion Sud arriving Leon 14:30 Alsa @50euros
I was under the impression that you can buy the bus and train tickets when you arrive. But today I noticed online that the bus has no seats available. :cry: I am now concerned that we may be delayed till the evening getting in and not have time to see Leon before we start walking.
Is it typical for buses to fill a month before departure? Is something going on in Leon May 31-June 1 that would lead to crowds? Are there other alternatives we should consider?
