As far as I am aware you can purchase tickets from the bus driver or at the station.

Another alternative is Estellesa bus from Los Arcos to Logroño and PLM or ALSA bus from Logroño to Madrid. Note most but not all ALSA buses make a stop at the Airport T4.

Renfe operates trains from Logroño to Madrid.

If your bus terminates at Intercambiador de Avenida de America, take EMT bus 200 to Airport ... it stops at several locations at the airport or take the Metro which has a stop at T1T2T3 and T4.

There is no place in Lorca to buy a ticket except on the bus.
