Looking for Guidebook like the Moon book for the Frances

I used and enjoyed the Moon guidebook when I walked the Camino Frances last year. This year I am walking the Portugues and I am looking for a similar guidebook. I want something that talks more about what to see in each town. I don’t really need a discussion of the route itself or places to stay. I have the Brierly book downloaded but I am really not a fan of it aside from the maps. Any other suggestions?

Are you referring to the author Beebe Bahrami?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Yes. I really enjoyed that guide.

A nice guide indeed!
Seems she has not written one about the Portugues.

I had the same question. I loved the Moon guidebook for the Frances and have been looking for a similar for the Portugal route from Lisbon. I currently have just read thru the Brierley book for no other options out there that I have seen. I did buy the Rick Steves Portugal guide book which gives some in site into some of the towns but not all of them. It also provides you with towns that you could hit before your journey or during. So I do recommend picking this up as an alternative

I'm not aware of one. Just as there isn't an equivalent of the Gitlitz and Davidson guide for the Portugues.

I admit I did like the Moon guide. It reminded me a bit in tone of the Let's Go guides I used in my youth some 40 years ago.
